Le 31 mars dernier, après de longues négociations avec le Ministère de l’Intérieur Espagnol, l’école a reçu un passeport très exclusif qui permettait aux élèves de la maternelle et du primaire de voyager à travers différents pays anglophones et francophones, en apprenant les aspects pertinents en cours de route et en s’amusant en même temps. Estela Machín, profesora del cole, está trabajando desde el pasado mes de enero en un colegio en Shanghai. Today is a very special day in the school, it is our international language day! And do you know why it is so important? Because languages are magic keys that open doors. All aboard the rocketship! We have been learning about the Solar System and we made our own rocketships to travel around the space. We filled our boarding passes drawing our profile as astronauts and we have chosen which planet or star we want to travel to. Ready to take off!

Our little children have become artists as they made amazing pieces of art of their beautiful faces with a lovely frame. English teachers have taken the opportunity to make this art and craft activity to reinforce face vocabulary. Besides, it has been a fantastic way to learn more about ourselves: What’s my eye’s colour? What’s my hair’s colour? We had such a great fun looking at ourselves in the mirror!
Our 4th ESO students are currently studying how society can change: protest, march, sit-in, speech, rally… These are some ways to show your disagreement. They’ve also been thinking of things that are in need of change amid the educational system. According to them, look at some actions we should take in order to improve the system. Après avoir visionné une petite vidéo de Pixar sur l’apprentissage, les troisièmes se sont interrogés sur les qualités que devait réunir un bon professeur. Le travail s’est achevé quand la même question s’est posée pour savoir ce qui faisait un bon étudiant. Voici les résultats de cette séance intéressante.
TOUS ACCROS AU PORTABLE ?
Les secondes ont pu se détendre (tout en travaillant) après les examens en écoutant et visionnant la vidéo de la chanson de Soprano. Une chanson qui s’intitule «Mon précieux» et qui traite le thème de l’influence des réseaux sociaux, notamment du portable, dans notre vie quotidienne. Ils ont aussi pu répondre à la question fatidique «suis-je accro à mon portable?»

Les élèves de cinquième ont appris quelques mots du vocabulaire de Noël. En dessinant et écrivant ces mots évocateurs, ils ont aussi découvert les chants typiques qui égayent les rues et foyers français de cette période, découvrons leurs dessins.
In the Information Technology subject of 2nd ESO we have carried out a Christmas card contest. The requirement was to use only the Google application to make presentations and that all designs are original, without taking photos or templates from the internet. After a secret vote between classes, the winners were Pilar, Marta and Itziar. Congratulations to the winners!
En la asignatura de Information Technology de 2º de ESO hemos realizado un concurso de postales navideñas. El requisito era utilizar únicamente la aplicación de Google para realizar presentaciones y que todos los diseños sean originales, sin coger fotos ni plantillas de internet.
